Rachel Artus, RD, LDN
I’m Rachel— an adventurer with an inextinguishable passion for travel, health and fitness, creative design, and all things food.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, my goal is to help others strengthen their own relationships with food and the ways in which they fuel body and mind.
Long before I had the letters RDN after my name, I was deep in the thick of what most of my clients come to me for.
The elimination diets. The "clean eating" phases. The hours logged at the gym following plans I found online, wondering why I wasn't seeing results. I tried it all — not because I didn't care about my health, but because I cared too much and had too little real guidance.
The path to becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist wasn't just an academic journey. It was personal. It connected the dots between everything I'd been trial-and-erroring through and the science that actually explains how our bodies work.
Now, based in Boston and fueled by a love of travel, good food, and movement that feels good — I help others find what I spent years searching for myself. Clarity. Balance. A way of nourishing your body that doesn't feel like a punishment.
I'll never ask my clients to do something I haven't tried myself. I've lived the confusion — and I've found the way through it. I'd love to help you do the same.
